Cancellation Charges

7 days-365 days to blocked date:

Cancellation incurs a charge of Rs 200, with the remaining balance refunded to you.

3-7 days to blocked date:

Cancellation incurs a charge of Rs 500, with the remaining balance refunded to you.

0-3 days to blocked date:

Cancellation is not permitted within 0-3 days of the blocked date. However, you may reschedule for a nominal fee of Rs 250 during this period.

After cancellation, the remaining balance will be credited back to your account within 5-7 working days, in accordance with the payment gateway policy.

You can reschedule your booking without any charges up to 3 days before the blocked date. After that, a fee of Rs 250 will be charged for rescheduling.

Once booked, you cannot change the location of your booking. However, you have the option to cancel your existing booking and make a new booking for a different location.
